In addition to consulting, I also do executive production of projects, from pre to post production.

This work involves hiring the entire team, always aligned with the demands of the production company, taking care of all contracts together with the legal department, supervising cash flow and reporting with the controller/accountant, taking care of work relationships in a sustainable way, mediating the relationship with support and taking care of their deliveries, among other responsibilities of an executive producer.
